Return & Refund Policy

At Shilpn LLC, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method. The return window begins on the date the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed — items must be in their original, unused condition.
- Unaltered — items must not have been tailored, hemmed, or modified in any way.
- In original packaging — items must include all original tags, labels, dust bags, and packaging materials.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Swimwear and intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons).
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards.
- Items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us — email support@shilpn.com or call +1 (657) 363-6636 with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive your return label — once approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label (for US domestic returns) along with return instructions.
- Ship the item — pack the item securely in its original packaging and affix the return label. Drop the package at the designated carrier location.
4. Return Shipping
- US domestic returns: Shilpn LLC provides a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you for standard returns within the contiguous United States.
- International returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
5. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
- Rejected returns — if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., signs of wear, missing tags), we will notify you and ship the item back at your expense.
All refunds are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. Refunds are issued in United States Dollars (USD).
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shilpn.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund, including any original shipping charges.
8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the stated timeframe:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your bank or card issuer — refunds may take additional processing time.
- If you have completed both steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@shilpn.com.
