We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Shilpn LLC does not store your full credit card details on our servers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information. Shilpn LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times and costs vary based on the delivery method selected at checkout and the destination address. Estimated delivery windows are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Orders over $200 USD qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States.
  • International shipping rates and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for full details. In summary, most unworn and unaltered items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to the original payment method.
