Marketplace Notice: Shilpn is an online marketplace connecting buyers with independent sellers ("Shops"). Each Shop is an independent business. Shilpn LLC facilitates transactions but is not the direct seller of the products listed by Shops.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the shilpn website (the "Site"), an online marketplace platform operated by Shilpn LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, with its principal office located at:

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to make purchases on the Site. By using the Site you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Pricing

Products listed on the Site are offered by independent sellers ("Shops"). Each Shop is responsible for the accuracy of its product descriptions, images, pricing, and availability. Prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shops may modify their prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, the relevant Shop or Shilpn LLC reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

4. Orders and Payment

When you place an order through the Site, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your cart. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Shilpn LLC does not store your full credit card details on our servers.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information. Shilpn LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping policies, costs, and delivery estimates are set by each individual Shop. Review the Shop's shipping policy on their storefront page before placing an order. Estimated delivery windows are provided for informational purposes and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

  • Each Shop sets its own free shipping thresholds and flat-rate shipping fees.
  • International shipping availability varies by Shop.
  • International customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Returns and Refunds

Return and refund policies are set by each individual Shop and may vary. Review the Shop's return policy on their storefront page before placing an order. Our Return & Refund Policy provides the Shilpn platform default guidelines. Individual Shops may offer more or less generous terms.

6A. Seller Relationship

Shilpn LLC operates as a marketplace facilitator. Each Shop listed on the Site is an independent business. Shilpn LLC is not the seller or manufacturer of the products listed by Shops. When you place an order, you are purchasing directly from the Shop that listed the product. Shilpn LLC processes payments on behalf of Shops via Stripe, provides the technology platform, and assists with customer support, but does not assume liability for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by Shops.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Shilpn LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our express written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Interfere with the security or proper functioning of the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its related systems.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Site.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shilpn LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shilpn LLC and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming.

12. Changes to These Terms

Shilpn LLC reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
